Initiate Your Request
Log into your Brick account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
